Fiscal Software

Below is an alphabetical listing of fiscal related software programs supported by LACA. For more details on any programs, feel free to email [email protected].

BeAR

BeAR (Better Access to Reports) is a web based product that allows users to easily access various fiscal, student, and EMIS reports. You must have Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to view the PDF reports, and you must have Microsoft Excel installed to view the XLS reports. Access is granted by your district's BeAR Administrator (usually a member of your Treasurer's office). BeAR is maintained and supported by LACA.
 

ERP

PowerSchool ERP is a fiscal software package selected by the MCOECN.

Employee Self Service (ESS)

Employee Self Service is a web based product that interfaces with USPS to allow employees to enter leave requests, track vacation/sick/professional leave, and view paystubs and W2 information. ESS is developed, maintained by SSDT and housed at the MCOECN. LACA supports Employee Self Service and offers training to districts on the program. 
 

RAM

RAM (Requisition Approval Manager) is a workflow system for approving requisitions.  RAM  is maintained and supported by LACA.
